I rented a Suzuki Ertiga (around 40,000 km) and while the initial pick-up was straightforward, the overall experience was severely lacking in basic hospitality and road safety. After a 15-hour trip and a 5-hour flight delay (which the host was aware of), the car was handed over with only 4 liters of fuel. Instead of the standard 'full-to-full' policy, we had to immediately hunt for a gas station in the rain. More importantly, safety is neglected. The tires are completely worn out and dangerous on wet roads. The wiper blades are old, and there was no proper windshield washer fluid—just plain water—making visibility terrible during the rain. When I brought these safety issues to the owner's attention privately, he replied: "The tyres aren't worn. It's still roadworthy." 2 stars because the car runs, but I cannot recommend them if you value safety and professional customer care.

So easy, quick pick-up and drop-off. The car was brand new and really good. Very good service!!
